I bridge gaps between plan development and the building process, in both custom residential and commercial settings. With a clear understanding for the scope of work, timeline and budget, I serve as strong support for the owner and all team members, from plan inception to execution, and on to the finish. Having worked in the design build and the project management industry for over 25 years, I have learned the value of building relationships; listening and patience. My goal is to achieve a solid relationship with owners, builders, craftsmen and all team members and to utilize all resources available for the benefit of all.
